Glow Bars - Marshmallow

I was surprised how much grip the soft coating gives, even with sweaty hands. The 4kg total weight is just right for adding resistance to my pilates core moves without sacrificing form.

My arms were properly shaking by the end of the shoulder series, and the 2kg per side weight is just right for a beginner like me. They've got a nice firm grip that doesn't slip even when my palms get sweaty mid-workout.

The marshmallow finish is so soft to hold, no more calluses digging in during my floor pilates sessions. At 2kg each they're light enough for high rep arm work but I still feel the burn in my shoulders by the last set.
